Meet the  Team

Hello . . .

Reaching out for support isn't always easy. Whether you're navigating a life transition, balancing the demands of work and family, watching your child struggle, or simply feeling overwhelmed, Scott believes therapy should be a place where you feel understood, accepted, and never judged.

Scott has a special interest in supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, parenting, relationship concerns, and men's mental health. As a father himself, he understands that every stage of parenting brings new joys and new challenges, and he enjoys helping parents find greater confidence, balance, and connection.

He also works with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, and family stress. Scott partners closely with parents while helping children and teens better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence at home, school, and in relationships.

Clients often describe Scott as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. His approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized, drawing from client-centered therapy, CBT-informed interventions, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, play-based techniques, and practical skill-building. His goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be themselves while discovering the strengths they already have.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, young son, and their black lab, Geddi. You'll often find him gardening, exploring the outdoors, trying a new restaurant, or counting down the days until Halloween - his favorite holiday.
