Meet the  Team

Hi . . .

Relationships are at the heart of what it means to be human, and they're the foundation of Christina's work as a therapist. She believes healing begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and connected.

Life can be exhausting when it feels like you're constantly trying to keep up, do more, or be everything for everyone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply wondering why life feels harder than it used to, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Christina especially enjoys working with high-achieving women, athletes, and performers, as well as adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders and disordered eating, burnout, parenting, women's mental health, and the transitions that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Her approach is collaborative, relational, and individualized. Drawing from person-centered, mindfulness-based, behavioral, somatic, and play-based therapies, Christina tailors each session to the unique needs of the person sitting in front of her. Clients often describe her as compassionate, authentic, and easy to talk to. Christina believes meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are, and her hope is that every client leaves therapy with greater self-compassion, confidence, and trust in themselves.

Outside of the office, you'll usually find Christina practicing yoga or Pilates, trying a new restaurant, or spending time at a concert or musical. She also enjoys reading, painting, and embroidery. Before becoming a therapist, Christina danced for 15 years and later became a certified yoga teacher - experiences that continue to shape her appreciation for the connection between our minds and bodies. If she could hop on a plane tomorrow, she'd happily find herself wandering the streets of Paris again.

"Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with important talk can help us know that we are not alone."
Fred Rogers
