Meet the Team
Hello . . .
Growing up isn't easy. Whether you're trying to figure out who you are, navigate relationships, manage anxiety, or simply make sense of everything life is throwing your way, Brianna believes therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood.
Brianna especially enjoys working with older adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and self-esteem. She loves helping clients move away from all-or-nothing thinking, let go of what they can't control, and build the confidence to trust themselves through life's challenges.
Clients often describe Brianna as curious, approachable, validating, and gently challenging. She believes trust is the foundation of therapy and strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable bringing their whole selves - even the messy, confusing parts. Her hope is that every client leaves session feeling a little lighter, more hopeful, and better able to see their own strengths.
Brianna's approach blends motivational interviewing, distress tolerance and radical acceptance skills, role-playing, and practical coping strategies with thoughtful conversations that build insight, resilience, and self-confidence. Working in a school setting has strengthened her appreciation for the challenges both students and parents face and continues to shape the empathy and curiosity she brings into every session.
Outside of the office, Brianna loves practicing yoga, trying new restaurants with friends, baking something sweet, and exploring new coffee shops - which she jokingly considers a personality trait. The perfect day includes a morning yoga class, a hot matcha, an afternoon iced coffee, and a sweet treat (because balance!). When she's dreaming about a getaway, you'll probably find her thinking about Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Brianna believes some of life's greatest growth comes from learning to trust yourself, embrace change, and recognize that you're capable of far more than you think.
