Meet the Team
Hello . . .
You don't become confident by changing everything overnight. You become confident by showing up for yourself again and again, in small consistent ways. That's the real work.
Growing up is a beautiful, messy, and sometimes overwhelming adventure. Whether you're a child navigating big emotions, a teenager trying to find your footing, or a young adult stepping into the world, you deserve a space where you can simply be yourself - without judgement or pressure to have it all figured out.
My background in school social work has given me a deep understanding of the challenges young people face, from managing anxiety and emotions to navigating friendships, family dynamics, academic pressures, and life's many transitions. I partner with children adolescents, young adults, and their families to create a warm, supportive environment where ach person feels heard, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
My approach is relational, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe meaningful growth happens through genuine connection, practical skill-building, and sometimes a little humor along the way. Together, we'll strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based principles, I tailor therapy to each client's unique strengths and needs. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, quiet the inner critic, and create meaningful, lasting change that extends far beyond the therapy room.
