Meet the  Team

Hi . . .

Therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be yourself, honest about where you are, and hopeful about where you're going. Elia believes healing begins with trust and works to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

As a bilingual therapist providing services in both English and Spanish, Elia especially enjoys supporting young adults, parents, and individuals navigating life's many transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, managing anxiety, working through depression, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, she believes you don't have to face it alone.

As a mother of two, Elia understands that life doesn't always go as planned. That perspective allows her to connect with clients navigating the challenges of parenting, balancing responsibilities, and caring for themselves while caring for others. She also understands the unique experiences that can come with cultural identity, family expectations, and navigating life between different cultures, creating a welcoming space where clients feel understood and respected.

Clients often describe Elia as authentic, down-to-earth, compassionate, and solution-focused. She believes trust is the foundation of every therapeutic relationship and that meaningful growth happens when you feel accepted without judgment. Her goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, build practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Elia draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, substance use, self-esteem, confidence, and trauma.

Outside of the office, Elia enjoys reading psychological thrillers (especially anything by Freida McFadden), staying active at the gym, and spending time in her garden - she'll happily tell you that pulling weeds is surprisingly therapeutic. On a Saturday, you'll often find her with an iced Americano in hand, wandering HomeGoods or Five Below with her family.
