About Us
Hello . . .
I have been enthusiastically learning about the human mind for as long as I can remember. I was and am still drawn to understand the meaning and reason behind people's thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors.
I am interested in the connection between what you think, what we believe and how that impacts our everyday perceived reality.
Vulnerability can be tough to tap into at first but know that my gift is being able to see people for who they can be. I work to support you where you need in order for you to create an extraordinary and integrated life - mind, body, brain and spirit. With warmth, compassion, a sense of humor, directness, and dedication, I can help you uncover the answers that lie within you. I want to help you find contentment, your voice, your community and true self. I want you to feel whole, complete and above all, happy.
