Meet the Team
Hello . . .
Sometimes, the biggest feelings are the hardest to put into words. Whether you're a child learning to navigate overwhelming emotions, a teenager trying to find your place in the world, or a new mom adjusting to a life that looks and feels different than you imagined, you deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and accepted exactly as you are.
Jordan believes that meaningful change begins with connection. Her warm, approachable, and genuine personality allows her to build trusting relationships with clients of all ages, but she has a particularly special gift for connecting with children. She understands that kids don't always have the words to explain what they're experiencing, and that sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen through play, creativity, humor, and simply meeting them where they are.
Jordan especially enjoys working with children and adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and the everyday challenges of growing up. She recognizes that every child is wonderfully different and strives to create an environment where they feel comfortable being themselves while developing the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges. She also values collaborating with parents, helping families better understand their children's needs and strengthen their connections along the way.
Jordan is equally passionate about supporting women through the many transitions of motherhood, from infertility and pregnancy to postpartum and adjusting to life as a parent. She understands that becoming a mother can bring incredible joy alongside unexpected challenges, shifting identities, complicated emotions, and the pressure to somehow have it all figured out. Her goal is to create a space where women can openly explore those experiences without judgment, guilt, or expectations about what motherhood should look like.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Jordan believes therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. Instead, it can be a place for genuine conversation, curiosity, laughter, and growth. Whether she's connecting with a child through their favorite interests or helping a new mom reconnect with herself, Jordan brings warmth, patience, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship.
Outside of the therapy room, Jordan is a proud new mom to an amazing little boy. Motherhood has brought a new perspective to her appreciation for the joys, challenges, and constant changes that come with raising a family. It's a role she cherishes and one that continues to deepen her passion for supporting children, parents, and growing families.
Above all, Jordan hopes her clients leave therapy feeling a little more understood, a little more confident, and reminded that they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
