About  Us

Hello . . .

I've always been deeply curious about how people think, feel, and make sense of their experiences. That curiosity drives my approach to therapy - rooted in compassion, openness, and a genuine interest in your story. I offer a conversational, down-to-earth space where therapy feels like talking to someone who truly gets you.

While I'm here to support you, I also offer honest reflections and gentle challenges to help you grow. I believe in the power of tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs and personality. And when it fits, I bring humor - because sometimes laughter can be healing too.

Above all, my goal is to create a space that feels empowering and hopeful - a place where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow in ways that matter most to you.

I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I'm especially passionate about supporting first responders and individuals who have experienced trauma. I also enjoy working with individuals and families navigating parenting or relationships challenges.
