About Us
Hello . . .
Meaningful human connection is something that we all desire, and is what I believe to be at the core of a strong therapeutic relationship. I have always had a passion for learning about other’s lived experiences and how they have shaped them into the person they are.
I work to support you in a collaborative, warm, and direct manner to bring subconscious thoughts and feelings to the conscious mind to create lasting habits, attitudinal and behavior modification. While every individual brings their own unique stories and belief systems to counseling, I utilize an integrative theoretical approach, adjusting modalities and techniques accordingly to support clients in achieving their personal counseling goals.
