Wherever constant stress lives, so too can its more agitated and debilitating cousin: anxiety. What’s more, anxiety often goes hand-in-hand with depression. Upon getting to know you and your stress, anxiety or depression better, we will work with a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The common thread in treatment is mindfulness – applied with compassion and accountability.
