About Us
Hi . . .
I believe the most important aspect of therapy is building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. I strive to build a safe space for you to explore your challenges and stressors, and to grow during and beyond our time in sessions. Therapy is a brave step, and I applaud you for being here! I am looking forward to working alongside you and navigating this journey together.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual. I work side by side with my clients, working to process and manage the difficulties and challenges that arise. I believe that therapy should be your space, your time, and catered to your needs. Together, we'll cultivate a space of growth and heal thing facilitated by the expertise of your experiences. Life can be extremely confusing and overwhelming at times. My hope is that my integrative approach to therapy can bring you more clarity, self-awareness, and hope for change.
I have worked with individuals from all walks of life and all different ages. Most of my experience has been working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and I enjoy my work with them tremendously.
