About  Us

Hi . . .

Relationships are a core aspect of humanity and are the basis of my therapeutic approach. I have always had a passion for connection and am drawn to understanding people’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I take a strong collaborative relationship approach in therapy to support and guide you while you work through your life journey. While working with you to develop creative interventions that fit your needs. Therapy is your safe space for healing and growth. I hope that you will walk away with self-compassion and the confidence to achieve your goals.

I have worked with individuals from all walks of life including children, adolescents, and young adults. I enjoy my work with them tremendously, especially working with anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, and LGBTQ+ issues.

"Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with important talk can help us know that we are not alone." - Fred Rogers
